To pair your ECG Patch, download the Vigo Life app, enable Bluetooth on your device, open the app, and follow the on-screen instructions in the device pairing section. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the pairing process and select your ECG Patch from the available devices. Confirm the pairing request on your device and wait for the process to complete.

You can download the Vigo Life app by visiting your device’s app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and searching for “Vigo Life.” Once you find the app, tap the “Download” or “Install” button to begin the download process.
The VigoHeart ECG monitoring service is endorsed by qualified medical specialists. To initiate monitoring with the Vigo Life app, please consult your healthcare provider or hospital staff. They can assist you in navigating the registration process and address any inquiries you may have about the service. Should you require support, please reach out to Vigo Customer Care. If you’re uncertain which device is your ECG patch, please refer to the serial number located on the back of your ECG patch. For instance, it might be labeled as ‘Serial No: ECGRec_202226/C886xxxx
