Your VigoHeart ECG report is a comprehensive record of your heart’s electrical activity, typically monitored over a period of 24 to 72 hours, or even longer. This report is generated using FDA-approved artificial intelligence technology for detailed and accurate analysis.

ECG, or Electrocardiogram, captures the electrical signals that your heart produces with each beat. These signals, when recorded and analyzed, can reveal significant information about the health and function of your heart.

To sync your ECG data, ensure that your ECG device is connected to the Vigo Life App. Open the app and navigate to the sync. Follow the provided instructions, which may include tapping a sync button or waiting for the data to automatically sync. Wait for the process to complete, and your ECG data will be successfully synced.

Data sync is important for ECG monitoring as it allows you to transfer your recorded ECG data from the device to the app or cloud platform. Syncing enables you to securely store, review, and share your ECG readings with healthcare professionals for analysis and monitoring of your heart health over time.

The frequency of data sync depends on the specific instructions provided by the ECG device manufacturer or app developer. However, as a general guideline, it is recommended to perform data sync regularly, such as after each ECG recording session or at least once a day, to ensure your data is up to date and accessible for analysis.

  • Ensure that your ECG device is properly connected to your smartphone or monitoring device.
  • Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and working.
  • Restart both your ECG device and the app or platform you are using for syncing.
  • Verify that you have the latest version of the app or platform installed.
  • Contact customer support for your ECG device or app if the issue persists for further assistance.

Yes, in most cases, you can access your synced ECG data on multiple devices. Ensure that you are logged into the same account or profile across the devices and have the app or platform installed. The data will be synced across your devices, allowing you to review your ECG readings wherever you have access to the app or platform.

Your ECG report is generated based on the data collected by the ECG device during the recording. The device analyses the electrical signals produced by your heart and converts them into a visual representation and a comprehensive report.
